TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT UNLIMITED LAUNCHES WATTS PROGRAM
A Comprehensive Vocational Program Brightening Futures, One Student at a Time!
Torrington, CT—March 23rd, 2017— Today, Transitional Employment Unlimited is expanding its services to include all students at the high school level and have developed the WATTS Program to specifically support this population.
“The expansion of services has already begun with great success,” said Mimi McGill, Director at Transitional Employment Unlimited.
TEU offers its expertise in almost three-quarters of the State of Connecticut, providing a range of services from Vocational Assessments and Career Explorations to an effective Behavior Modification program for more challenging barriers to employment. By reaching out to young adults prior to graduation we hope to provide students with the employment support, intervention, education and training, job readiness skills, living skills, the opportunity to explore post-secondary education as well as help them access any support services they will need to become successful adults.
Many school districts have already benefited from WATTS Program services.
